Exchange only no refund

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer returns 

To be eligible for an exchange all items must be authorized by emailing INFO@JUXTAMODKIDS.COM and must be sent within 7 days. Someone will return a follow up email Monday - Friday between the hours of 9AM - 5PM (ET). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Accessories, sale items and purchases made with a discount code are all final sale and may not be returned. Again, Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE ONLY. We do not accept exchanges on any sale merchandise. If we receive return of sale merchandise it will be shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
