Shipping Policy

Standard Domestic Shipping:  Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Items in stock will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays and weekends! All Domestic are shipped via USPS and UPS. Items that are made to order are typically shipped 3-5 weeks from days of purchase depending on volume of orders. You will not receive your tracking information until item is leaving site for delivery. 

Please note we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself.

Orders are fulfilled Tuesdays and Thursdays  between the hours of 9am -2 pm est 

 

International Shipping

We ship Internationally for a one time fee of $35. All Internatinal orders are shipped via UPS unless stated otherwise. Please allow 14-21 business days for your package to ship to you. We will do our best if you can't locate your package if it becomes lost, we can't guarantee that it will be found. JUXTAMOD is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
