SHIPPING

Standard Domestic Shipping: Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. In-stock items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received, excluding holidays and weekends. Domestic shipments are made via USPS and UPS. Made-to-order items are typically shipped 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on order volume. Your tracking information will be provided once the item is ready for delivery.

Please note we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself.

Orders are fulfilled Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9 am -2 pm est 

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat fee of $35 via UPS, and delivery takes 14-21 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES

Our policy allows for exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be authorized by emailing INFO@JUXTAMOD.COM and sent within 7 days. Someone from our team will respond to your email Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9AM to 4PM ET. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are attached and that the items are unworn and unaltered. The return address is: Juxtamod, 2424 E York St Suite 306, Phila PA 19125.

Please note that accessories, sale items, and purchases made with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale merchandise is also final sale only, and we do not accept exchanges for any sale merchandise. If we receive a return of sale merchandise, it will be shipped back to the customer.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you an email notification once we receive and inspect your returned item. We will also notify you if your item has been approved or rejected. Once we’ve communicated about the items that are being returned, we will provide you with a return label.
